1. Conceptual requirement study phase: A comprehensive brief with you to allow Exzel team to understand your specific and general requirement
2. Prelim Proposal Phase: This will give out an idea of cost and time involved.
3. Prelim Design Concept Phase: Sketches, colored, annotated plans, and image references will be provided for design explanation.
4. Design Development Phase: Preparation of the final design document for client, consultant and construction team.
